1. AFD: Direct Type Casing
-Material: Made by special materials and polyamide.
-Size: Caliber: 16mm - 32mm, Flat Width: 25mm - 50mm
-Application: Suitable for small caliber sausages and hams

(1) Non-edible and easily-peeling.

2. AFE: Easy Peeling Casing
-Material: 3 - 5 layers polyamide and polyethylene.
-Size: Caliber: 16mm - 220mm, Flat Width: 25mm - 350mm
-Application: Suitable for production with further peeling on automatic peeling equipment or for sale of end-product in casing and storage.
-Color: Smoke, clear, orange, red,etc. Bespoke colors can be ordered.

3. Suggested Used Method of Casings
(1) Using the casing directly or presoaking for 10-20 minutes in about 20°C water.
(2) Stuffing the sausages with standard machine. Strong clipping is recommended due to shrinkage.
(3) Cooling the sausages in air or spraying with water after the sterilization.
(4) The sausages producing with mould should be cooled completely before they are out of the moulds.
